    2005 - 2013 Project Leader development products / Process:
    * Participation in the technical feasibility studies and pre-costing of potential New Products.
    * Full responsibility of New Product development from project initiation made by
    Steering Committee, preparation and presentation of each development stages
    until Mass Production with full transfer of responsibility to Operations.
    * Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams: motivation, coaching,

    industrial solution. Direct follow-up with VW on Project and Quality

    * Technical reference on products / Process for all production workshop, R&D,
    customer audits.

    leading team during product / process ramp-up until Mass Production.
    * Technical support for Quality department for customer claim analysis, Root
    Causes identification, definition and follow-up of technical actions plan. , leading version development process and reporting to top
    management. Engineering department management with direct leadership of 3 PE.
    * Several Engineering special operations to prepare and support technology and
    process transfer from site to site: San Jose, Costa Rica and Minneapolis, USA.

    financial, production capacity and marketing criterions.
    * Evaluate and define product Ranges changes: development, disruption, reposition, after markets analysis country and by version.

    with new automated stations and process optimization.

    mounting teams.
    * Co-leading procurement with Finances of the main components (Engine,
    gearbox system, PCL) and subcontractors' negotiations.
