Project “Mozart” in Paris (25 storeys, 170 M€ building contract);

Main contractor: Bouygues Construction.
Activities (all site-based for 4 months)

Later (2009-2010): consultant to the board of the association and the commercial team to increase the quality of the CRM and the efficiency/consistency of the project management components.
This association is supported by the Ecole Centrale de Nantes, the engineering university where I studied.
