    29 storey residential tower in London SE1.

    Taking care of the site management together with the construction manager on site.
    In charge of the structural packages (Temporary works + New Structure)
    Liaising with the Engineering Manager, the Senior Project Manager and the Planner for the sequence of works.
    Directly involved in the design development.
    Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

    Piling completed 3 weeks ahead of programme

    K1 - Knighsbridge.
    Core and shell project, in Knightsbridge, London.
    Retail, offices, residential and restaurant.

    The project comprises the demolition of the current buildings, while retaining the facade in place during the whole demolition and construction of the new build.
    The construction includes :
    Piling between the tubes lines.
    3 basements deep excavation
    7 storey new build
    creation of a step free access for knightsbridge tube station
    Relocation of the tube pedestrian entrance
    Re-routing of tube vents

    Directly involved into the design development of structural temporary works and the structural permanent works.
    Working together with the client, the temporary works designers, the permanent work designer, and the demolition contractor to develop a temporary works scheme that would work from demolition to permanent structure completion.
    The project is currently in the demolition phase and the facade retention system is getting erected.

  • Bouygues UK - Package Manager

    2014 - 2016 Construction of £7000000 school project.

    Engineer in charge of the structural works, which includes piling, foundations and timber structure erection.

    Then in charge of the internal trades, which includes screeding, drylining, steel staircases, flooring, painting, doors and ironmongery.

    and finally in charge of Phase 2.

    Phase 1 (New building) handed over on the 1st of september 2015.
    Phase 2 (landscaping) handed over on the 8th of February 2016

  • Bouygues Construction - Site Engineer

    GUYANCOURT 2013 - 2014 Site Engineer on the Sportshub Project in Singapore, especially in the stadium's arena itself.
    In charge of structural works (driven piles & concreting), underground services, running track installation, field of play construction and sports equipments installation.
