  * Statutory audit of several financial institutions ;
  - Review of French/IFRS financial statements
  - Process review
  Main clients: Crédit Agricole, BMCE
  
  * Team leader (teams of 2 to 15 persons) reporting directly to the partner :
  - In charge of technical matters: complex accounting schemes, pre-PPA, SPA clauses drafting ;
  - Budget follow-up and management of client relationship (fees, reports, questions...);
  - Work streams coordination (Finance, Tax, HR,...).
  
  * Taking part in the business development: identification of business opportunities, preparation of commercial
  quotations, negotiation with clients
  
  * Key internal functions:
  - Staff allocation (45 people) ;
  - Finance and profitability monitoring of the department.
