Responsible for leading & managing Product/Packaging Development projects from the concept to launch
•Lead cross-function project teams composed of Marketing, R&D, Technical Community, Regulatory, Planning, production sites, finance, and engineer
•Lead projects from concept to delivery, including risks and mitigation plans
•Manage changes in project scope and pro-actively support, analyze and communicate their potential impacts (cost, time, sourcing)

Point of contact for a project management team, responsable of Goal Alignment Practices deployment
• Train, Coach, Assess, Advise a team in implementing alignement processes to corporate objectives, establish performance goals and measurements, problem solving , driving mindset change, coaching operational reviews including management team
