For Pesinet (www.pesinet.org - Innovative solution for child disease prevention in Bamako, Mali), overall management of the creation of a new IT tool (mobile/DB/Web) to monitor children's health: evaluation of existing tool, functionnal specs, management of the RFP, supervision of the realisation.
In collaboration with WASH specialists Hydroconseil and technologists Argeo, creation of a data collection tool to support the evaluation of Unicef's EVA program in Democratic Republic of Congo.
Development with the Argeo compagny of an open source IT tool to consolidate and analyse geolocalised data in development projects.

Project Director within the Direction of IT and Telecommunications of the the French Railways (SNCF).
I was Product manager, with overall responsibility for the operations, budget, strategy and communication related to a IT service with an annual budget of 2 M€.
I lead the establishment of the master plan for SNCF’s radio services in the Paris area, with an objective of rationalisation and implementation of a new radio tool for the information to the traveller, a strategic improvement for the Paris area direction (Transilien, 3M travellers/day). I coordinated a team of engineers, consultants, suppliers, and users, and was tasked with providing the economic, functional and technical strategic synthesis to the Transilien direction for this 10 M€ investment..

Les voyageurs de l'eau / The water travellers

Together with Lionel Goujon I created the "Water travellers" a project to raise awareness about water issues around the world.
For one year, in 2007-2008, we traveled to discover and let discover the major water issues. Thousands of readers followed our travel through the 80 articles we wrote on a blog of Libération, a major French daily. We were intervewied regularly by Radio France Internationale (RFI). Among the partners were Unesco-IHE, WWAP, Global Water Partnership, UN-Habitat...
In 2010 we published a book relating our adventure (Dunod Editions), with the support of the AFD and a preface from environnementalist Nicolas Hulot. The book was awarded the Jean Rostand Award.
The Water Travellers is still an ongoing project with numerous conferences and photo exhibitions : World Water Forum Istanbul and Marseille, Pavillon de l'eau de la Mairie de Paris, Museum d'histoire naturelle de Toulouse, Green Cross International exhibition in Geneva, Festival Terres d'ailleurs à Toulouse etc.

- Thomson Multimedia: worldwide audit of the IT function.
- French railways: Within the programme management for the implementation of the GSM-R, planning of operations and supervision of their realisation.
- Orange: project management for the migration of hundreds of customer’s links in UK, Sweden, South Africa: Customer communication, planning, coordination.
- Société Générale: project planning (technical feasibility, budget, ROI, organisation) for the migration of telecom links. Overall project lead, from planning to post-project evaluation, for the IT-wise securisation of one of the bank’s main site (budget 800 k€).
