    Stake: suggest a more adapted product to the client in order to avoid him contracting a second credit (after the house one, called Infonavit) in order to purchase a minimum of furniture.

    Meetings with people in their home or in the shopping house to have a good population sample
    Result analysis in order to determine tendency for furnishing housing: Having the right list of furniture to satisfy the majority of the target population.

    • Feasibility analysis:
    Investigation about social housing in Mexico: Study the government program as far as social housing is concerned and the different bank financing credit offer.
    Assessment of the different costs with the constructor in order to determine a new housing price
    Credit simulation with a local bank: Analysis of the impact for the final clients.

    • Thesis redaction (100 pages) and presentation in front of a jury of professional and professors
