- Editor of the quarterly newsletter " Essentials " (articles, interviews, reports )
- Script for institutional videos for the SVP of the function
- Content of the articles on the intranet , internal social media (LO village, contents of tweets…)
- Creating and monitoring the content and layout of publications of technical manuals
*Network animation of Heads of Purchasing (1200 people) :
- 3 annual meetings – Lyon, Beijing, Francfort, Chengdu, Lusaka…
- Communication campaign (written, visual)
- Creation of the agenda and identification of speakers, animation of workshop and team buildings
- 2 conference calls by month to spread the strategy and key messages
- Events : Sourcing Awards and Global Suppliers awards
- Bi annual survey launching to measure the expectation of the network
Supporting the development of purchasing projects at Central level
- Health and Safety mobilization of the teams : team building
