Arabia.
Based in Tunisia, in charge of North Africa region, the purpose of my mission is to develop, negotiate,
and implement partnerships with governments and private companies by performing the following
duties:
* Identify and analyze business opportunities;
* Provide valuation, analysis and recommendation for potential deals;
* Coordinate and provide support to the CEO and his team and consultants in deal execution: deal
negotiations, due diligence and transaction closing;
