En résumé

Fortes de plusieurs expériences à des fonctions de chef de projets, je me conforte aujourd'hui dans le merchandising : un métier fascinant qui me motive aujourd'hui quotidiennement par la créativité demandée et qui me challenge par les questions de faisabilité, de respect de marque et d'impact client.

Très sensible au point de vente grâce à mes expériences passées dans la grande distribution et au sein de marque de grande consommation, l'approche consommateur et l'environnement retail sont au coeur de mes préoccupations : pouvoir développer une campagne et l'apprécier en point de vente sont pour moi une satisfaction mais aussi une manière de toujours re-mesurer la performance de mes efforts.

De la prise de brief, au design des éléments PLV, en passant par la gestion des appels d'offre et l'achat, jusqu'à la livraison et la recommandation de mise en place in store : mes compétences me permettent une vision à 360 de la fonction de merchandiser.

    PARIS 2014 - maintenant Creation of the merchandising department and POSM centralization.

    - New process development in order to centralize POSM orders and production, guidelines implementation

    Paris 2012 - 2013 Management of launch and permanent merchandising materials on Marc Jacobs, Davidoff, Vera Wang, Chopard, Celebrities’ and Calvin Klein (corporate) :

    - Project management : coordination of global merchandising programs from design to development of POS items within according production lead time and budgets, and by respecting high quality standards of brands. Responsibility to insure the link and collaboration with wide array of cross functional teams in order to plan, develop and execute merchandising projects.
    - Lead production : working and negotiate with vendors to determine correct project execution, develop prototypes and manage process for POS displays

    2009 - 2012 Manage set up, forecasts, seasonal profiles, and order approval to achieve financial goals and objectives

    - Validate productive assortment by analysis and recommendations of presentation, items to discontinue, and items to develop in cooperation with Buyer’s team
    - Partner and drive allocation strategy that supports inventory merchandise strategy for newness, animation and events/promos
