    Paris 2007 - maintenant - Manage the sales proposal process from opportunity identification, strategy definition through contract flow-down,
    - Lead deal structuring, pricing and all other development activities as the sales team’s primary proposal interface with projects (new engines), platforms (services), risk management, finance & Legal Dpts),
    - Lead deal strategy development & reviews, ultimately obtaining approvals for pricing & specific commercial terms,

    - Lead & participate in Lean Six Sigma Projects to improve the sales proposal process.
    & Coordinator with SNECMA for our CFM organization (Partnership 50-50 with GE)
    - Act as liaison between GE and SNECMA for any CFM Services / New Engines deal.

    - Finalized sales agreements in 2012 for a global combined turnover (new engines & services) of $500M.
    - CFM Services organization: worked on the “deal factory” process’ improvement with SNECMA.
  • Snecma - Industrial Partnership Programs Manager for civil aircraft engines

    Courcouronnes 2003 - 2007 . Drafted and negotiated partnership agreements with companies (General Electric, AVIO, Rolls-Royce, …) to participate or have them participate into civil aircraft engines programs (Snecma acting as main contractor or as a partner of GE).
    . Drafted and negotiated Non-Disclosure Agreements and agreements relative to the intellectual property of the SNECMA know-how.
    . Elaborated business plans, coordinated internally with Technical & Legal Dpts the necessary approvals to issue the contracts (and subsequent amendments).
