- Implementation phase -
* Participate in implement phase and transition to service (UAT ,Parrell run, panel test, Project coordination)
* Define and stabilize service scope, responsilities and delivery list with client ( SOP updated role and responsabilities, meeting project process)
* Progressively involve shared service center teams to prepare transition
* Work with Shared Service Center Team Lead to define and implement transition plan (¨Priority task, ticket monitoring, Payroll control, T2 training & coaching )
* Create and develop DTPs for country payroll production in line with GlobalView methodology (including Payroll Production Lead)

* Perform quality reviews of payroll production for live clients ( reviewed priority task and particpate on payroll monthly processing)
