= > Relationnel - Pragmatisme
= > Ténacité - Capacité à traiter les situations difficiles
= > Double compétence Planning et Économique Projet
= > Double compétence petite et grosse structure (PME/Grands groupes)

    2000 - maintenant ==> Responsibilities :
    • Team manager : functional and operational management, supervise and motivate a team of up to 13 engineers (several experiences, during nine years).
    • Control planning and resources manager of several automotive projects : engine project (150 M€), Citroën C2 car project (800 M€, 800 vehicles per day), micro hybrid project (300 M€, 500 000 vehicles per year).
    • Cost cutting and project cost manager : on design and process of four cars model (C3/C2/C3Pluriel/1007). Manage re working (design) with cost objectives. Quantification of cost (resources, profit, turnover) for steering commitee at project milestones. Economic synthesis with variable inputs data.
    ==> Achievements :
    • Launching projects in dead line : correlate technical and time data to facilitate decision making, initiate action plans to secure project objectives, able to go as deep and fast as necessary in planning problem understanding in the way to solve it.
    • Handling stress situation : ability to listen, to structure a road map and to be reactive.
    • Reaching economic objectives : during 3 years, with a team of 13 engineers, meet economic goal of price reduction on four cars model.
  • Euro Physical Acoustics - Project Manager

    1996 - 2000 ==> Responsibilities :
    • Product leader (1 M€/ 30 % turnover): functional team manager (10 people) for maintenance service in tank for petroleum and chemical industry. Marketing, customer follow up.
    • Project leader : new product in cooperation with a chemical leader (former Rhône Poulenc).
    ==> Achievements :
    • Report acceptance (100 per year), improvement of test procedures, industrial capabilities report for specific maintenance service, training courses for maintenance inspectors in industry (4 courses per year and 10 people by course).
  • EDF - Project leader

    Paris 1995 - 1996 ==> Project leader, research engineer : improvement for a leak detection system by acoustic emission (users enquiries, requirement for improvement, tests). Ending a maintenance expert system (test in nuclear plant, encoding software). Implement procedures for an expert laboratory (primary loop of nuclear plant).
  • Ministère de la Coopération - Teacher

    1992 - 1994 ==> French School in Lagos (NIGERIA), teacher in physics during 2 years
