2008 - 2011I worked within more than 3 years for MTN with main duties of the analysis and improvment of radio KPI for 2G, CDMA 2000 and Wimax Networks.
I also had responsibility for radio network capacity planning for various new areas to cover and various upgrade/downgrade projects.
