  • BIGVU - Co-Founder

    2015 - maintenant • Startup launch, defined the strategy to identify and prospect B2B vertical markets. Defined, executed and measured several digital campaigns to acquire and retain users for our consumer mobile app.
    • Onboarded the first 5 customers in Switzerland and France for our TV studio-like mobile solution
  • TvTak / NantMobile - Vice-President Business Development

    2011 - 2015 TvTak (iDTV) offered the world’s fastest mobile video recognition platform allowing “second-screen” applications to recognize TV content in a second by pointing at the TV. Acquired by Nantmobile, the media venture of billionaire Patrick Soon-Shiong to connect the physical and digital world

    • Business strategy of TvTak for Latam and Asia from startup to acquisition. Developed the “go-to-market” plans for B2B and B2C markets. Signed critical deals with top customers in Brazil.
    • Initiated several key partnerships with digital marketing agencies in Latam and Europe, carried out digital growth to reach +50k downloads for our B2C app.
    • Launched a new product (iDSCREEN) that allows to tracks all TV Ads in real-time to optimize conversions and sync TV-to-Digital ad-retargeting. Acquired first customers and managed the deployment of worldwide infrastructure (27 datacenters) analyzing +14M Ads from +2k brands on more than 300 TV channels.
  • iMusica - Head of Content Department

    2007 - 2011 iMusica is a full digital service and content provider to mobile carriers and internet portals in Latin America. It provides streaming and download solutions for digital content distribution.

    • Responsible for all services and content management processes as well as relationships with record companies, publishers, labels and artists including digital media strategy, content licensing, acquisition & distribution, promotion and digital engagement tools for artists, deal making for worldwide multi-channel distribution.
    • Executed global contracts with partners including iTunes, Google/YouTube, Amazon, America Móvil (16 countries). Managed cross-functional efforts of legal, marketing, content, production and technical operations teams to optimize internal and external processes.

  • IBCmediasystems - Founder & General Manager

    2007 - 2011 Products, Consulting & Services for the Media/Advertising, Entertainment and Telecom Industries.

    IBCmediasystems provides extensive expertise in technologies, products and services related to digital music and social media for online and mobile use.
  • Digiplug - Director of Product Development

    2003 - 2007 Digiplug is the leading company in outsourced mobile-content repurposing and distribution services to the music and communication industries. The company has been acquired by Accenture in March 2007.

    • Definition and development of new key products for digital & mobile music distribution. Designed a patented application enabling to manage online and mobile music stores (average increase of visits and downloads +30 %).
    • Management of products and projects teams (~ 15 people).
    • Coordination and responses to complex customers’ requests and RFPs with a high success rate. Responsible for the 1st Digiplug’s software license sale in the US for a music major worldwide solution.
  • Steria - Project Manager

    Paris 1999 - 2003 Steria is one of the top ten European IT services companies providing extensive expertise in consulting and systems integration.

    • Management – technical and commercial – of the information systems of the TV Channel “La Chaîne Météo” allowing the broadcasting of multimedia content for interactive TV and web/wap sites.

    • Management of Pan-European projects (technical, administrative and financial management) from the IST and ACTS programs aiming at:
    - The convergence of different radio networks (GPRS, UMTS, DAB, DVB-T) to offer multimedia services to users in vehicles
    - The creation of an active mobile multimedia platform - with context-aware features - allowing adaptive delivery of services and applications to mobile users
