    Rotation 1 - Category Management / Marketing - Produits de Grande Consommation – Garnier/L’Oréal Paris (Dublin, Irlande)

    • Market insight analysis for Irish market for hair care & skincare categories for Garnier & L’Oréal Paris using tools such as Dunnhumby, SAP BW, general EPOS & Invoicing.
    • Share of shelf analysis and implementation of analysis results into planograms for large Irish retailers such as Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Super Value& Irish pharmacy chains.
    • Increased L’Oréal Paris Elvive share of shelf to reach number one hair care brand in the Irish market
    • Drove incremental NPD launches across all Irish retailers through range reviews including one of Garnier’s most significant hair care launches to date, increasing total space with Super Value by 25%
    • Launched a localised Irish Facebook page for L’Oréal Paris Ireland successfully implementing a KPI tracker based on fan likes, engagement rates per post, reach rates.
    • Country wide launch of “The Art of Beauty” – L’Oréal Paris Ireland’s annual strategic corporate campaign. Developed ambient in-store POS material, micro-site, Facebook campaign including first trial of live chat with world class make-up artist, Billy Orr.


    Rotation 2 - Marketing - Active Cosmetics Division - Vichy (Londres, UK)

    • Responsible for two of Vichy UK’s top performing franchises - Dermablend & Normadem (acne & high coverage foundations).
    • Worked with subcontractors, designers, printers and logistics to coordinate a full scale countrywide event launch for Dermablend’s digital campaign #beskinconfident including in-store event kits, counter display and fixed standing units.
    • Monthly market share analysis using Boots AdCard tool in order to assess market and brand health relative to competitors.

    Rotation 3 - L'Oréal Professionnel - Digital Marketing (Londres, UK)

    • Optimisation of SEO & PPC campaigns for L'Oréal Professionnel brands such as Mythic Oil, Série Expert, Hair Chalk, Inoa & Tecni.ART. This involves working with our PPC agency on AdWords in order to implement search strategies to increase brand visibility on line.
    • Web mastering of L’Oréal Professionnel website. Back office management, developed SEO optimised content for the blog ensuring URL/SEM is accurate for GA reporting.
    • Assisting Marketing teams with their digital campaigns for strategic launches such as Inoa Carmilane, IT LOOKS, Tecni.ART & London Fashion Week A|W 14.
