  - Respond to and resolve customer problems within performance standards
  - Diagnose problems, debug software defects and report bugs
  - Propose workaround solutions and provide customizations when appropriate

• Thomson Reuters - Software Engineer - Kondor Plus Trade Processing K+TP

  Paris 2007 - 2011 The Reuters product for STP (Straight Through Processing) Back-Office Management integrated into the Kondor+ Front To Back Suite. This Front to Back financial software suite was nominated by Risk magazine as the best one for year 2009 & 2010.
  
  Work in collaboration with the Financial Engineers, support 3rd level and GUI framework teams.

  Interest Scale Manager :
  The Interest Scale allows an entity to compute the bank charges of debit amounts and credit amounts according to the banking conditions. An Interest Scale takes into account
  the payments of a group of banking accounts. The process should be retroactive and manage backdated deals.
  
  Fees & Commissions Manager :
  Based on the same calculator core of the Interest Scale Manager, development of a new service that computes fees from Cash flow events, Mails and Deliveries.
  
  Transfer Manager :
  Development of a GUI and process to manage transfer in k+tp. A transfer payment is a redistribution of income in the System K+TP between two Banks Account. Those Banks account are in the Transfer configuration.
  
  Report Server :
  Improvement and evolution of the reporting module
  
  Archival Service :
  Development of a new service to enable customers to archive deals and relative items.
