    -Optimized the net revenue (29%) despite a stronger Euro (vs. USD), through a re-organization, controlled costs and improved Terms & Conditions for new contracts.
    -Reduced by 50% the DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) with tighter internal procedures and systematic review of all invoices with the customers.
    -Increased the market share in Eastern Europe, especially in Albania (from marginal to 70%), through aggressive commercial strategy and perfect service quality.
    Result: 2 M$ revenue expected in 2003.
    -Set up quarterly client service quality meetings with action plan and closure.
    -Applied management systems in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, showing commitment and leadership.
