  • Thomson (currently Technicolor) - European Logistics Manager

    2001 - 2007 Started as Transport Manager for the newly acquired ADSL dept with a 2.5M € budget; evolved to the position of Logistics and Transports Manager of the biggest department of the Thomson group with 14M €; integrating 2 acquisitions, 2 mergers and 3 changes of warehouses and production sites.


    - Management of stocks, orders and assembly of generic products
    with their BOM components in Belgium, Czech Republic,
    Hungary and Poland

    - Global distribution of finished goods out of Eastern Europe and
    Asia.

    - Management of an open RFQ for production, customization and
    distribution; contract negotiation; implementation.

    - Stock rationalization, introduction of consignment stocks, VAT
    management.

    - Global supply by sea or air freight out of the ODM's in Asia (air freight budget of 6M USD)

    Decreased the total logistic costs vs company turnover ratio by 35% in the last 3 years.
  • Tenex Europe Corporation - European Logistics Manager

    2001 - 2001 Tenex was an American manufacturer and distributor of office products, until it got acquired in 2002 - which was the end of line for the European office in France.

    - Complete re-organization of administrative and logistic operations.

    - Support of commercial and customer service departments by
    introducing a follow up and interpretation of sales previsions,
    stocks and suplies: order consolidation, MOV, order allocation...

    - Complete re-organization of distribution network resulting in 30% cost reduction

  • Delquignies Logistique - Logistics Co-odinator

    1999 - 2001 - Management of staff, operations and P&L of a multi-customer
