Current applied R&D Work: Development of sensor-based Intelligent Vehicles
- Autonomous driving of passenger vehicles using commercial off-the-shelf components and their associated ecosystem
-Safety Applications of connected vehicles: Purpose built wireless communications links: 802.11p and smartphones & centralised servers
-Low-cost localisation systems for ADAS systems: Sensor Fusion, SLAM
-Use of digital navigation maps for autonomous driving and contextual based driving assistance systems.
