    Experimental:
    • Obtained residual stress profiles for shot peened Inconel 718DA by X - Ray Diffraction (XRD).
    • Study of effect of shot peening on the microstructure using SEM, ImageJ
    • Study of effect of shot blasting on the hardness of materials by indentation test.

    Design and simulation:
    • Design of 3D axisymmetric models by Abaqus.
    • Introduction of residual stress by python programming
    • Simulation of material removal and finding its correction by Abaqus.
    • Post-processing and analysis of results
    • Residual stress analysis with experimental data

Software & Skills: Abaqus, XRD, SEM, ImageJ
  • Safran Aircraft Engines - Research Project Member

    Courcouronnes 2016 - 2017 "Damage tolerance on Aero-structural component"

    • This research work was carried as part of academic project for Safran Aircraft Engines.

    • Implementing and evaluating the predictive capacities of tools based on the concepts of linear elastic mechanics of rupture in the case of aero-structure elements subjected to complex loadings.

    • The main objective is to define & realizing lifetime spectrum comparison with experimental data and develop a code to study this data. MATLAB is employed to develop code and an interface to obtain the data.
    • Single incremental method was used to determine fatigue failure of the component.

    Softwares used: AFGROW, MATLAB
  • Institut PPRIME, CNRS UPR3346, ISAE-ENSMA, Université de Poitiers - Research Intern

2016 - 2016 "Finite Element simulations of nanoindentation test on polymers" under supervision of Dr. Olga Smerdova.

    • Design of 2D axisymmetric Vickers pyramidal indenter penetrating the sample material.
    • Study of contact behavior and interaction properties for various material behaviors.
    • Performance analysis of contact behaviors.
    • Linear, nonlinear static behavior test.
    • Elastic, plastic and viscoplastic behavior test of the model.
    • Correlation of results with measurements.
