    2000 - maintenant Nalco (Ecolab group), world leader in industrial water and process treatment.

    Missions: - Manage industrial customers in heavy industries: chemical plant, steel mill,
    power plant, in south of France area.
    - Provide to customers a high value-added service through technical expertise
    and economic assessments. Service including chemicals, equipment,
    subcontracts.
    - Develop the turnover with existing customer and prospects. Answer to bids,
    (products, turnkey projects, equipment, maintenance contracts, training, technical
    studies).
    - Run, adapt and use internal and external resources: technicians, specialists,
    suppliers, subcontractors.

    Results: 2005 - 2008: 2 M€ turnover, + 30% increase, 1,2 M€ - 5 years renewed contracts in
    steel plant. Then work on contracts profitability, outsourcing, Total Cost of Operation
    projects.
    2009 - 2014: Prospection, new equipment projects (TCO > 100 K€) / ORP at T° on
    high pressure boilers in power plants.
