En résumé

I started my IT experience in 2001. I worked as an application developer, team leader in CRM solution for different companies. I joined Oracle in 2008, specializing in the implementation of Oracle’s CRM Applications. Since I have worked in different roles like technical consultant, technical support of integrator in CRM Solution (Siebel, Oracle CRM OnDemand, Oracle Sales Cloud).

    Colombes 2008 - maintenant I have successfully supported several Oracle Customers in implementing and customizing their CRM solution using Siebel 7, Siebel 8 or their CRM cloud implementation using Oracle CRM Ondemand or Oracle Sales Cloud.
    I have worked in diverse industries, including banking, Insurance and Telecom industries. I have worked as Technical Expert but also brings strong skills and experience, coordinating the project activities between the implementation team and customer development team.

    My experience includes:
    • Installing, Patching, Maintenance for the Siebel application
    • Implementation and customization of CRM Application (Siebel, Oracle CRM OnDemand, Oracle Sales Cloud)
