  Project: reorganization and rationalization of the structure and the support of military telecommunication provider in Ile de France.

  2006 - 2008 In charge of strategy planning for French Army information and communication capabilities.
  Project: reorganization and rationalization of French Army telecommunication capabilities (processes, human and material resources). Effectiveness studies on operational command and crisis management centers. Requirements statement of Army future software defined radio.

• 28th Signal Battalion - Executive officer

  2004 - 2006 Executive officer for the delivery of heavy mobile information and telecommunications services in non-secure zones.
  Project: operational readiness and deployment in 2006 of the 28th Signals Battalion as part of an operation in Kosovo. Implementation of process for training control. improvement of reliability of technical processes and protocols.

• Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (C.N.E.S.) - Engineer

  Paris 2002 - 2004 Engineer in charge of studies about the development of the ground segment of “Pleiades" earth observation satellites
  Project: economic and operational optimization of the payload and business plan (operational scenarios and system optimization, techno economic studies, market studies, etc.) at the National Centre for Space Studies (CNES).
