    2013 - 2014 CREATIVE WRITING:
    “Practical handbook to learn chinese” or 101 tricks to learn Chinese faster and make immersion in China a success. (translation in English under preparation).

    HORIZON MOUNTAIN FARM (Organic farm in Taiwan aborigen village)
    - Founder: project of community supported agriculture in partnership with local farmers
    - Identification of prospects (local and foreign families in cities), online surveying, project presentations
    - First tests for growing temperate climate vegetables (which are rare & costly in Taiwan)

    SMANGUS TOURISM CONSULTING
    Challenge : How to increase revenues while tourist population has reached its maximum ?
    Action: Analysis of village attractivity, services, activities and management system
    Result: Proposal for improvement of services quality and implementation of new activities.

    LAPIERRE CYCLES CONSULTING
    Challenge : identify key problems in Chinese market and provide direct feedback from Asian distribution channels
    Action : travel to China and Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapour in order to meet the the local importers and collect direct feedback about their needs and expectations.
    Result: Edition of detailed reports and proposals for brand image development and local sales support

    2012 - 2013 NUUO is an awarded company, leader in mid-range professional videosurveillance solutions

    The position included:
    -Maintain existing distribution channel in France and increase sales (+205% in 14 months)
    -Reopen lost accounts in France and restore distributors’ confidence in the company
    -Open new distribution channels in France, Switzerland and Tunisia
    -Pre-sales support for System Integrators with support from engineers' team
    -Marketing writing content (newsletter, brochure translation and improvement)
    -International Fairs company representation (Taipei, Paris, Birmingham)
    -6 weeks long business trip in France to visit the Distributors sales channels (main client ADI France), provide training about the new products and new features, and co-host "brand events" targeting local S.I (brand demos and sales pitches)

    The concept of the company was based on B2C sales experience mixed with personal experience in China. Whoever goes to Beijing or Shanghai enjoys making taylor-made working shirts, suits and even jackets for very low prices. Many internet companies offer this service online but most lack of aggressive american sales system.
    So we decided to create a company that would fill in this gap, targeting companies and individuals directly at their office or directly in their social groups...

    As an associate founder my two areas of responsibilities were:

    • Define Marketing Strategy and supervision of implementation:
    Brand name and image, website supervision, catalogue conception, graphic charter
    Sales model and sales pitches

    • Sourcing in China: identify and select the fabric suppliers and the manufacturers (Northern China)
  • XinHua News Agency - Reporter

    2010 - 2010 Working for the famous Chinese News Agency, and filming for the "CNC 24 hours news channel"

    - On-site News Report filming, conduct interviews, pre-editing of video before final editing in China.
    - Translator, French language corrector, audio-to-text transcriptor

    I had to quit this amazing and very rich experience since I started a Master Degree in Chinese Language and Culture at Paris Diderot University and could not hold both positions at the same time.
