General management of the second phase of the Sharp factory, identical to the first phase executed in 1989.

General Coordination, Construction Management (Interior finishing) and liaison with the owner and the operator (Ritz Carlton) of the Hotel Arts in Barcelona (Tower of 35 hotel floors with 456 rooms and 10 floors of luxurious apartment), Shopping Centre, Sports Centre and Offices building

General management of the construction in Milan of a Five-Star De Luxe 100-room Hotel, operated by Four Season and built in a 15th century monastery.

General Management of the M.I.D. (Matsushita Investment Division) Project. Refurbishing of a 3-story office building, creating 2 underground floors for parking and 2 luxury penthouses for the owner use.
