2015 - maintenantIn order to reach certification of new avionic systems on the EC145, flight tests must be accomplished. Within the Flight Test Analysis department, I am working in a team in charge of the definition, on the basis of regulatory materials and guidelines, of what has to be tested and how these tests have to be performed. Flight test results are evaluated afterwards, analyzed and judged based on data recorded during flight.

More precisely, with the model developped it is possible to simulate real cutting processes, observe the occurrence of chatter and analyse the stability behaviour of the machinning system.
