En résumé

Ma carrière m'a donné l'opportunité d'avoir de multiples expériences, remarquables et très enrichissantes, marquées par la même ligne directrice: analyser, établir et mettre en oeuvre une stratégie pour faire face à une croissance ou un développement, en fédérant des richesses humaines.
Tel un chef d'orchestre, j'ai managé plusieurs directions en sachant dynamiser et motiver des équipes avec une organisation orientée vers l'amélioration continue et la satisfaction totale du client final. Je crois avoir fondé mes succès et la reconnaissance de mes interlocuteurs, sur mes compétences techniques, commerciales et financières, mon sens de la communication, ma diplomatie, mon attachement aux résultats et ma capacité d'adaptation et de réactivité.
Ma formation, mon parcours et ma personnalité m'ont rendu capable d’intervenir dans des contextes culturels très différents et de faire face à des complexités multiples particulièrement aux Etats-Unis.

    Consulting on sustainable development High environmental quality and energy performance of buildings. Supervision of the work, preparation of the specifications, selection of architects and engineers for : construction principles (low-energy consumption buildings, certified passive houses) and thermal rehabilitation of buildings (heating, ventilation, solar heated domestic hot water). Studies of energy audits, energy efficiency certificates and energy labels.
    Completed development of 250 homes per year consisting of commercial properties, condos, townhouses and single family homes.
