- 9 months; Full installation/configuration of new IN platform for Orange client in Ivory coast. Hardware installation and troubleshooting on Sun Solaris, software installation and configuration of Pure prepaid service, bug tracking of java services, successfull migration of 4 millions of prepaid GSM subscribers.
- 8 months; Live support and troubleshooting of IN platform in Thailand. Writing of test books, modification of acceptance tests following client’s requests.
- 6 months; Installation of convergent IN platform (postapid/prepaid/fix lines) in South Africa. Hardware troubleshooting, coordination between teams in backoffice and frontoffice, evolution of acceptance tests books, issues follow up.
From August to July 2005: Level 1 direct support to client in Sudan for GSM billing system
