    2009 - 2010 -supervise the complete production.
    -look for ways to increase productivity and decrease wastage.
    -develop new products and follow up customer service as well.
    -manager of the entire factory quality team ( IQC, DUPRO, FRI ).
    -manager of the R&D team ( 3 technical drawing people & 4 samples makers ) / develop new items / complete technical follow up of the products from first draft to final packing.
    -sourcing ( hardware, raw materials, machinery, special requests ).

  • Starbay - QA QC and manufacturing flow manager

    2006 - 2009 *Starbay representative office :
    -in charge of 5+ QC
    -standardize the quality from over 10 suppliers
    -perform inspections ( inline and final )
    -analyze the claims from our warehouse in France and improve the products accordingly with our suppliers in China.

    *Dynamic factory :
    -in charge of the complete quality department for Starbay China
    -took part in the set up of Starbay factory in Dongguan
    -train several QC and assistants according to the company needs.
    -perform myself IQC for valuable raw materials, like top quality imported leather, home-designed brass fittings, wood selection...
    -follow up special projects from the first technical drawing to the shipment, all through the different steps of making the products, for hotel project or gifts.
