    * Head of the Philips Audio, Video and Home Cinema division. Responsible for the global P&L of the division.
    * Lead the product & innovation roadmap definition and execution for Philips audio, video and home cinema products
    * Global Marketing activation plans creation and roll out in close collaboration with our Sales Organizations
    * Develop and drive the pricing and distribution strategy in close collaboration with the regional sales leads
    * Management of the supply base in China for the production of the various product ranges (choice of suppliers, co-development activities, cost negotiations, quality).
    * Interactions with key international customers in the context of international events such as CES, IFA and dealer conventions
    * Lead and manage the global Audio team composed of global product managers, business managers, product designers and Marcom (14 persons)
    * Direct reporting to the CEO of Gibson Innovations and the CEO of Gibson Brands
  • Gibson Innovations - Global Business Management & Marketing Leader - Business Line Audio

    2013 - 2016 Location : Hong Kong
    * Definition of the global strategy and business plan (budget) for Audio in collaboration with the Business Line leader
    * Leading role in defining and implementing a Smart audio strategy for Philips Audio including the creation of dedicated ranges based on partnerships with Spotify, Apple, Google.
    * Monthly follow up of all aspects of the P&L and reporting through global and country business review meetings (MBRM)
    * Close collaboration with the global product team to define and activate the product portfolio and create new value propositions
    * Lead the definition of the global Marketing plan for the Audio range. Oversee its translation into specific country local activation plans
    * Lead and manage directly a team of 5 regional Business Managers for the Audio business
  • Philips Consumer Lifestyle - Director Marketing Management Europe -App Enabled Accessories (IoT)

    Suresnes 2011 - 2013 Location : Hong Kong
    * Responsible for the marketing of the first Philips range of App Enabled Accessories working with both Apple and Android phones / tablets.
    * Responsible for the go to market strategy, planning, pricing and distribution policy
    * Close collaboration with the global product team to define the European range and to finalize distribution agreements with key European retailers
    * Follow up of all App analytics (downloads, usage, App reviews, in App communications) to optimize the product through updates and improve consumer experience
    * Monthly follow up of all operational aspects of the business plan for Europe : realization of the sales, growth margin, A&P planning, stock management and sales plan with the Sales Organizations
    * Interaction with key international customers and Press during international events (CES, IFA, dealer and Press events)
