    + Bench-marking between STM France and STM Singapore sites.
    + Give my expertise about possible improvement
    + Creation tools to frame preventive maintenance
    (kind of tools: traceability PM equipment / Checking procedure....)
    + Training to the new maintenance tools - 5 technicians

    2011 - 2013 >>>Improvement of process flexibility; Industrialization of production processes (HTWOX furnaces);

    Mission:
    The project of process production industrialization was taking a part in one economic plan realized on the production site.
    By increasing the number of production programs on an equipment park. I increased the versatility of equipment which allow reducing their number.

    Methodology:
    • Deployement the strategy (FDC)
    • Manual test of the process
    • Analyze of the results
    • Constitution of the file for the commission of validation of changes
    • Process Automation
    • Creation of the controls charts
    • Automatic test of the process
    • Analyze of the results and waiting of yield result
    • Put in production of the recipe

    Results:
    After calculation of the ROI, thanks to the accomplishment of this project the company will economize 100K$/month

    >>>Continuous improvement of production on nitride furnaces:

    Mission:
    This project take part of continous improvement of the chemical furnaces.
    To make integrated circuits it’s required to mix different chemical product for created lay.
    This mixture produces harmful particulate contamination for integrated circuits.
    The goal is to find improvement way on the operation of the process.

    • Research way for process improvement
    • Management of test equipment (experimental design)
    • Test analyses
    • Presentation to the commission validation
    • Industrialization of area for improvement
