Project Management
• Ensure the implementation for multiple Global customers in multiple EMEA countries
• Create and manage team work plan and project structures to successfully conduct the implementation
• Responsibilities included: ROI analysis for implementation & development tasks; allocating SAP resources to design objects; appropriating hours to analysis, design, implementation and testing phases
• Conduct workshops with Global & Regional customer’s stakeholders and realize the Global, Regional and Local Blueprints
• Assess gap analysis and define workaround solutions or processes to mitigate risks
• Share the Global Blueprint with other regions counterparts (North America and APAC) for Global customers
• Manage SAP developments and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) developments and outline Change Management requirements
• Work closely with Product Management teams to report customers’ requirements and assess Product delivery
• Work closely with Customer Service teams in order to ensure a good and accurate knowledge transition
• Apply/ Specify/ Define SLA's (Service Level Agreements), in measurable terms, what services will be furnished to customers. So that services for customers can be measured, justified, and compared
• Work closely with Sales and Presales team to ensure an accurate quotation :functional, technical, planning delivery and resources
