    Cergy 2008 - 2009 Assignment for Autoliv (Gournay, France.) in the design of frontal airbags. From a basic concept the airbag's cover, bag and attachments are tested and modified to fit with the style, the bio-mechanical energy absorption criteria and general behaviour according to customers' specifications.

    -Development of 206 and 308 RC Peugeot vehicles steering wheel and Ford Ka passenger airbags.
    -Elaborating planning of airbag static and dynamic deployment tests
    -Cost control and optimization of overall product life with international suppliers
    -Development of a new airbag design: more efficient and less expensive made from new raw material
  • Assystem - Mechanical engineer in quality of inside vehicle

    Courbevoie 2005 - 2008 Assignment for Peugeot SA ( Vélizy, France.) in geometry for all the inside parts of the new Citroën C5. For a better quality development, I had to calculate and follow the Gap and Flush of all the parts in connection, helping during the development process, to define the style, the assembly and the functional G&F, thus by fixing dimensional objectives. I also had to define all the specific dimensions to control in the industrialization phase, acting as a referent in the modifications of the “non compliant” parts.

    -Defined geometrical limits of 70 inside vehicle equipments and body sheets .
    -Hosted weekly meetings between the different project members to ensure cohesion in the parts development.
    -Convergence of 95% of the 650 Gap and Flush calculated between the style and the technical jobs.
    -Convergence of 90% of more than thousand geometrical conditions between the structure and the inside part with the whole geometrical teams.
