    2013 - 2015 Lombard International Assurance is a company leading unit-linked life assurances industry and structuring wealth planning solutions for high net worth clients.

    My position as Human Resources Business Partner involved the following responsibilities:
    - Advising, coaching and guiding senior leadership and line managers on HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans, employees’ engagement and retention, performance management, resourcing and organisation development.
    - Defining recruitment plan for the businesses, defining and implementing sourcing strategy, managing advertisement of job boards, sourcing and selecting candidates, improving recruitment processes and providers management from a cost and quality perspective.

    My position as Learning & Development manager involved the following responsibilities:
    - Defining the learning & development strategy and the service offering for the company.
    - Collecting the development needs from the business and advising employees / managers on training solutions, defining the training plan for the company.
    - Designing and implementing various soft skills training programs such as people management training program and agile leadership.
    - Designing and implementing induction process, conducting introduction and orientation sessions for new joiners.
