    London 2013 - 2013 • Wrote two case studies for CaLP on the impact of cash transfers on displaced communities and on nutrition.

    • Prepared and participated to Save the Children’s Cash Emergency Preparedness workshop, regular Cash Working Groups or Cash based responses coordination meetings; disseminated key results and achievements to local partners and to aid agencies.

    • Supported the drafting of the CaLP Focal Point’s annual and quarterly reports

    • Supported the design of a project to set up mobile cash transfer programming for Malian refugees in Niamey
  • Save the Children - Food Security and Livelihoods Assistant

    London 2012 - 2013 • Supported the design, implementation and evaluation of SCUK’s Cash Transfer Programs (CTP) in Asia and Africa, including: support to the drafting of proposals; preparing the FSL Advisor’ missions (compiling and analysing key information) and supporting the coordination of the mission; reviewing and editing field assessments and CTP case studies.

    • Presented and disseminated a new voucher software to the Advisors and to the overseas FSL representatives (27), ensured distance operational support and liaised with country offices and regional offices to follow their programmes.

    • Support to emergency proposals (ECHO, DFID and EFSP): compiled key information for the advisors (secondary information on context, needs assessment and market analysis)

    • Followed early warning information and make compilation for the Sahel, DRC, and Ethiopia.

    • Managed the CaLP Cash Atlas for Save the Children’s projects: coordination with field offices, grant tracking, compilation and distillation of proposals, uploading of projects online. • Developed an advocacy tool enhancing the multi-sectorial strengths of CTP.

    • Analysed slow-onset crises since 2000 in 13 countries worldwide.
  • ENACTUS - Project Leader

    2011 - 2012 Project of rural and economic development in Benin, launched by "Association la Maison de Mam Jo" and hosted by Enactus Sciences Po Lille (France).

    • Main Sectors of the Project: Economic development, Rural development, Social entrepreneurship.
    Secondary sectors : Food Security and Livelihoods, Nutrition.

    • Managed and Coordinated a team of 7 people : setting up of the annual and quarterly work plans; determining common and individual deadlines and objectives: monitoring their progression through regular team meetings and supervision; coordinating the team’s work internally and externally (between the field, the hosting NGO and the team) to ensure appropriate information sharing.

    • Budgeted the project and presented it to potential donors (FAO, Auchan); proposal writing

    • Field mission to monitor the launching of the project and to finalize the business plan.
