    • Active participation into the reflection of the 3-year brand strategic plan on the French market by the analysis of the 10-year brand review on both channels Retail and OOH, the building of Business plans and the monitoring of financial feasibility studies through P&L

    • Development of the 2011 Media plan for mainstream and trade press, and brief for the realization of creative visuals in collaboration with the S. Pellegrino headquarters and Ogilvy Milano.

    • Implementation of dashboards to monitor brand performance indicators through panels (IRI, Kantar, GFK)

    • Management of 1 intern and 1 marketing assistant

     Achievement: S.Pellegrino range: +12% in vol vs YA

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2010 - 2010 Development of the action plan as part of the S. Pellegrino partnership with the Cannes Film Festival by the:
    - Conception of a Limited Edition for both channels Retail and OOH
    - Implementation of a visibility plan in Cannes: product placement, sampling, VIP reception area
    - PR and press activation: mainstream and trade
     Budget: € 500K
     Achievement: 4 pts in GFK index awareness

    • Management of the action plan as part of the partnership between Eau de Perrier and Nespresso with the
    international culinary event Bocuse dʼOr 2011 by the:
    - Negotiations and optimization of contract terms
    - Brief for the conception of the pop-up Gastronomic restaurant by the design agency
    - Recruitment of necessary staff (20 pers.)
    - Reception of 500 international VIP guests and monitoring of operations during 4 days
     Budget: € 500K

    • Organization of PR launch parties for Limited Edition “Perrier by Dita“ and “S. Pellegrino by Bulgari”
