+ Ensure communication around projects reporting to the team, program directors, units heads and the functions concerned and resolve conflicts of interest in cross-functional team
+ Ensure the development of marketable products and technologies and their support by developing project plan according to stakes and design control compliance in accordance with applicable regulations, defining objectives and assuming follow-up, defining priorities, adapting modification plan(s) with respect to project objectives, driving project and product risk analyses, leading preventive actions and risks mitigation plans.
