    - Responsible for the development order contract for the customer (NRE, price, planning, performances and quality specifications);
    - Interfaced with customers to understand their requirements, to participate in the commitments made to them and to manage all the communication about the program execution;
    - Coached the multi-site and multi-functional program teams (Marketing, Design, Package, Product Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance) from 80 to 150 people, in partnership with Ericsson Mobile Platforms;
    - Lead the program execution on schedule and in line with the market, customers, performance, quality and cost objectives;
    - Defined the second sourcing plan with the TI worldwide production team and directed it's on-time execution;
    - Participated in the product strategy definition for 3G and 4G product line.

    - Managed the partnerships with semiconductor suppliers for the development of 2G/3G dual mode mobile phone platforms;
    - Ensured the RF/HW developments of 2G/3G dual mode mobile phone platforms for the European market.

    Paris 2000 - 2003 - Created and managed a laboratory and a team of 9 engineers
    - Gained knowledge of 3G RF and followed associated 3GPP standardization;

  • Motorola Semiconductor - RF Designer in the Wireless Infrastructure GSM/Broadcast Group

    Gif sur Yvette 1994 - 1997 - Designed radio frequencies power amplifiers modules for GSM macrocell and picocell base stations and power amplifier module for broadcast UHF TV transmitters.
    - Lead project of microcell power amplifier module design from the definition of the specification with the customers to the launch in production in Malaysia;
    - Organized the transfer of the RF designs from the conception center in Toulouse/France to the qualification center in USA and to the production center in Malaysia.
