  • Environment Agency for England and Wales - GRDP project officer then manager

    2004 - 2007 In 2004, I co-developed the GRDP project (Greening Regional Development Programmes). When the bid was approved by INTERREG 3C, I applied for the position of Project officer and occupied this post for 2 years until I became project manager in March 2007.

  • Environment Agency for England and Wales - External funding officer then manager

    2003 - 2004 In March 2003, I joined the Regional External Funding team of the Environment Agency and I participated in the development of projects supported by the European co-operation programme INTERREG. I participated in the development of two successful bids under INTERREG IIIB and C, with a total value of €15 million (grant + match funding).

    Between September 2006 and March 2007, I was on assignment as Regional External Funding Manager. I helped develop projects in the region and co-ordinated our regional response to the consultation on the Convergence and Competitiveness programmes in the Region for 2007 - 2013.
