Based in Dubai (UAE) I'm doing sulfiding catalyst operation for Hydrotreaters and Hydrocrackers unit on refinery around Middle East / India and UE
Performing technical visit on site then as a mission leader planning and prepare the whole coming operation.
Leading the full operation from the connection of our equipment (pump, hoses, pressure reducer ...) to the unit, making leak test with nitrogen, injecting DMDS (Dimethyl disulfide) in reactors in order to activate the catalyst, then dismantling of our equipment.
According the readings (temperatures, quantity of DMDS injected, hydrogen sulfide %, hydrogen purity % etc), collected from our equipment or in the control room, advise the refiner how to manage the sulfiding (increasing or decreasing flowrates, temperatures ...).
Investigating on suppliers for any repairs on our equipment or new material requested.
Some logistics stuffs regarding the shipments of our equipment and the product to deliver to the customer place.
