I was responsible for Finance Project Management and Sales Administration at MobPartner/Cheetah Ads and News Republic, 2 companies part of public-listed company Cheetah Mobile (NYSE : CMCM) and representing 5 legal entities.
Responsibilities:
* 1st point of contact for finance-related matters – internally, with customers, suppliers and auditors;
* Leading finance-related projects, working closely with our internal developers: Implementation of information systems modules (customer invoicing and supplier payment platforms);
* Definition and roll out of finance procedures;
* Finance: Preparation of financial reports for the group and the auditors;
* Sales administration: Managing customer invoicing and cash collection for 3 entities;
* Supervising supplier payments: Training and managing 2 collaborators on that topic;
* User support and training on finance processes and tools, contract management, invoicing and payments.
