  • Carrefour - Pricing Director - Brazil

    Massy 2004 - 2005 In charge of centralizing the pricing for 105 hypermarkets and 260 supermarkets. Implementation of price positioning strategy, pricing policies, processes of decision making and system tools.
    Responsible for the front margin of a EUR 8 billions business.
    A team of 60 people.

    Achievements: Centralization achieved with success, leading the whole transformation insuring the turn around, in spite of big resistances at the beginning from the stores people, thanks to a leadership that managed to make everybody feel part of the change. Winnings of 3 pts of competitiveness index and at the same time winnings of 2 pts of front margin.
