En résumé

Currently living in Bayonne (South-West of France) since September 2016, I work on the development of an innovative start-up designing, manufacturing and selling high performances 3D Printers.

Previously, I lived in Birmingham (UK) during 7 months where I co-fonded the start-up. Also, I was volonteer in the south of England and in Scotland during few months with the WorkAway program.

    2016 - maintenant Lynxter is an Additive Manufacturing machines manufacturer.

    A young French start-up born in a garage under the sun of the Pays Basque (Bayonne), offering high-end products to professionals, focusing on aeronautical and biomedical applications:
    - Prototyping solutions (high speed and large volume machines with a wide material compatibility)
    - Functional part 3D printing solutions (high reliability printing with certificated high performance polymers)

    Freshly rewarded with the 1st prize of the Entrepreneuriales contest (entrepreneurship and company creation challenge gathering 30 selected teams of students) - regional level, 2016 edition
  • UNAC - Hydrostatic Vehicle Creator - TEST & FIELD ENGINEER

    2015 - 2015 Project: In charge of the procedure for tests of rails-road excavator, specific machine designed and manufactured for the UK’s requirements.

  • UNAC - Hydrostatic Vehicle Creator - MECHANICAL & DESIGN ENGINEER (APPRENTICE)

    2012 - 2015 Activities in the Design Department :

    - Development of specific machines and tools.
    - Design of structures, CAD, Drawing, Routing, Simulation.
    - Project Management and Manufacturing Monitoring.

    Mains Projects :

    - Development of a new rail-road excavator model in partnership with CATERPILAR. In charge to design the hydraulics components and the routing in partnership with POCLAIN HYDRAULICS, and to design a part of the frame.
    - Development of a specific tool which simulates situations for rail-road vehicles and controls the mechanical characteristics. In charge of design and drawings as well as the monitoring of the manufacturing process and the delivery of the specific tool.

    Other Projects :

    - In charge of a Financial Study (R&D Tax Credit).
    - Management of a research project on the welding of Aluminium Alloys with high elastic limits.
  • UNAC - Hydrostatic Vehicle Creator - MECHANICAL & DESIGN TECHNICIAN

    2012 - 2012 Design Department :

    - In charge of a development project to design a specific tool that helps in the manufacturing of storage tanks with glass fibre material (Ø1400mm – Length 8000mm).

    - In charge of design and drawings as well as the monitoring of the manufacturing process and the delivery of the specific tool (Bill of Material, technical documentation and production cost). This tool is used by a rail-road excavator and it allows to take off ballast on railways.
  • UNAC - Hydrostatic Vehicle Creator - MECHANICAL & DESIGN TECHNICIAN (INTERN)

    2012 - 2012 Design Department :

    - Assistant engineer with the technical manager.
    - In charge of design and drawings as well as the monitoring of the manufacturing process and the delivery of the specific tool (Bill of Material, technical documentation and production cost). This tool is used on a specific machine to maintain and replace the railway. This tool is a mechanical system that shortens the duration of the railway replacement.
