  New Brunswick 2011 - 2015 Decomplexity projects
  Business continuity - Cost improvement project (Cross brand projects - primary packaging).
  In the scope of rationalization program for European markets in JnJ, I was in charge of decomplexity projects for packaging for body/face/hair care.
  The main challenges were :
  - Technical impact evaluations for plant (in Italy, Greece, France)
  - Marketing approval,
  - R&D impacts (Formulation, compatibility, regulatory and safety ...)
  - Deployments (all European portfolio in scope of the program)

• Kronenbourg groupe CARLSBERG Strasbourg - Intership : Implementation & Optimisation (Kronenbourg CARLSBERG group)

  2011 - 2011 Missions:
  - Management of project to improve the safety conditions for packaging test.
  - Implementation of a safe practice and operators awareness .
  - Work on aspects such as quality, safety, test protocols, job descriptions ...
  - Collaborations with quality and safety department, maintenance managers & safety coordinators, quality experts...)

• Crown Packaging France - Intership : Packaging chief assistant (Crown Packaging France)

  2010 - 2010 From July to November 2010:
  Internship in the international group CROWN Packaging France (Food packaging, technical, cosmetics)
  Research & Development Department
  
  Missions:
  - Management of development project for a new canister (Jean Paul Gaultier perfume KOKORICO). Exit scheduled for September 2011,
  - Creation of a new production line dedicated to new packaging format for a new launch on Jean Paul Gaultier product (KOKORICO),
  - Management of a team (communication) autonomously.
  - Force of proposal.
  - Production management skills (SMED tools, PDCA, FMECA, GANTT chart ...).
  - Work on: manufacturing process, packaging tests validation, printing, pallet patterns, robotization, industrialization ...)

• Martell Mumm Perrier Jouët - groupe PERNOD RICARD - Internship in Purchasing & development departments

  2009 - 2009 From June to September 2009:
  Internship in the purchasing and development department of Mumm Perrier-Jouët champagne (Pernod Ricard Group)

  - Creation of a database for packaging specification documents.
  - Contact with suppliers.
