En résumé

I graduated with a Master’s degree from Bordeaux Business School (ESC program) specializing in the field of Human Resources. I am actually working as EMEA recruiting coordinator for a consulting firm. I am also open to other general positions (training, administration…), which can offer me diverse work, growth, a chance to develop new competences, an opportunity to work with every HR subject, and acquire new responsibilities.

I believe that I have done a fair amount of training and garnered many experiences during my last years. These experiences are (detailed in my resume)

• 1 year internship in BearingPoint as a training assistant and 6 month full time contract as recruiter thanks to managers who chose to trust me and offer me a position in recruiting field.

• Studied in Bordeaux Business School where I earned my Master’s degree specializing in Human Resources, included 6 months in Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain for my ERASMUS

• Studied for 3 years in Ecole de Gestion et de Commerce in Brive for my Bachelor’s degree where specialized in Human Resource included 6 months internship as Recruitment assistant

• Learned English (Intermediate) while working in England in 2 separate occasions; in Hotel Ibis, Southampton and in Covent Garden, London. I'm currently working almost only in English through e-mail, call and meeting with EMEA offices.

• Learned Spanish (Intermediate) while taking courses in Spanish during my 6 months stay in Pamplona, Spain. I'm currently working in spanish as well through my contact with the spanish office and the IESE.

My studies have given me the knowledge behind the principal elements such as the payroll, labour law, society law, management of provisional jobs and skills, union relations, etc. My work experiences in the area of Human Resources and in the field of recruitment and training have reinforced my leadership and decisional skills and have made me more focus, structured and flexible to sudden changes. To add on, it has helped me become more articulate in the way I communicate, be it written or verbal.

With my educational, professional and international experiences, I have a good understanding in working in the Human Resource department.
