Ma passion est de rendre les produits de grande consommation, qu'ils soient alimentaires ou d'autres catégories, attractifs pour le consommateur; de rendre l'expérience de consommation ou d'utilisation de ces produits le plus agréable possible. Cela passe par la connaissance des contraintes techniques, des caractéristiques sensorielles du produit mais aussi des attentes conscientes ou inconscientes du consommateur.

J'ai travaillé pour diverses entreprises multinationales fabricant des biscuits salés ou sucrés, des chocolats et confiseries, des boissons, des ingrédients, des détergents ménagers et des adoucissants. Je me suis d'abord spécialisée en analyse sensorielle et ai ensuite complété cette discipline par les études consommateurs qualitatives et quantitatives. Ceci permet de transformer les études sensorielles en ‘consumer insight' pour les équipes de formulation (amélioration des caractéristiques du produits) et marketing (communications des bénéfices que délivrent le produits).

Aguerrie au changement, mon expérience de management et de leadership me permet d'être force de proposition pour l'amélioration continue et la mise en place d'une vision et des stratégies pour une équipe ou un département.

    Rueil-Malmaison 2008 - 2011 Growing from CTI manager to CTI Group Leader in less than a year, I have driven the team through a structural change in the organisation.

    This Sensory and Consumer sciences based position supports the Laundry business globally. I report to the R&D Laundry and Hair Resource Director. Meanwhile, I am in continuous innteractions with the Western Europe CTI Capability Director and the Global CTI Program Director to enable the fast implementation of the business strategy and enable the ambition delivery. Laundry products rely on functional but also emotional and sensory claims; with truly global brands (OMO, Comfort, Radiant) it is the biggest HPC category of Unilver(29% of the business).

    Key responsabilities of the job:
    - manage and set the strategy for a 22 member - team divided in expertise teams : Sensory, Qualitative research, Quantitative research, Claims and Projects coordinators, to drive high quality evaluation and insights that will be turned into actionable recommendation and input into the overall business strategy
    - manage the CTI input in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural business environment to ensure the delivery of high quality Evaluation and Insights to support the Global Portfolio (whether the project are based on innovation or not). And this via identification and usage of relevant consumer insights, regional relevant performance & risks understanding aligned to consumers habits, creation of validation plans in innovation, covering sensory, qualitative and quantitative tests.
    - provide critical link between the Global unit and Regional colleagues around the globe supporting and advising regions on regional and brand support activities such as Competitor benchmarking & claims and technical capabilities.
    - promote the creation of strong partnerships with a global perspective to provide a holistic understanding of interactions products-consumers: work with Marketing colleagues, Technical & Formulation teams, Consumer Insight Community (inc. Market Research) across Laundry.
    - lead the Sensory Excellence (i.e technical capabilities - skills and infrastructure) for the Design teams based in the UK (Port Sunlight), Holand (Vlaardingen) and India (Mumbai).
