With more than 10 years in a management position, I'm now a well experienced Manager in Presales & Application business with multiple domain skills (ERP, EPM, BI). During my career, I've had to live multiple M&A (PeopleSoft and Hyperion as company being acquired, and many others as a company acquiring) which gives me as well a good understanding of such change both for people and business.
Still being part of Oracle today, I'm now embracing the Cloud/SaaS business trend not only for CRM and HCM, but ERP as well. The four business trend "Social, Mobile, Analytics (or Big Data) and Cloud" are my day to day activities.

  • Oracle - Sales Consulting Director Apps France

    Colombes 2012 - maintenant After 6 years managing the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Presales team, I'm now in charge of the ERP business for both Oracle Apps Unlimited and Oracle Fusion Application solutions.
    In addition to that, I've also embraced a Cross-Apps Presales Management role within Oracle France (basically, the goal is to coordinate all presales initiatives in France regardless the product domain ERP, CRM, EPM, HCM & BI)
  • Hyperion & Oracle - Director Sales Consultant

    2006 - 2012 Hyperion is the leader in Business Performance Management (BPM) and will now be part of Oracle Corporation.

    My role is to lead the presales team that is in charge of the solution topics during the sales cycle (Pains discovery, RFP answer, Demonstration, Partner coordination ...).

    Our final role is to generate diffentiation in order to win new projects and customers and finally to reach our target.

    It means that this job is a very sales oriented job that works closely with the sales team.
  • Oracle - Solution Consultant Manager

    Colombes 2005 - 2006 After the merger between Oracle and PeopleSoft, I became PreSales Manager for Financial, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Performance Management (known as EPM or CPM) domains.

    This team had to work jointly with the Industry specific team such as Financial Services, Retail, Automotive experts on both product line PeopleSoft and Oracle eBusiness Suite.
  • PeopleSoft - Pres-Sales Manager

    Colombes 1999 - 2005 Starting as a Financial and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Presales, I became manager in charge of a team dedicated on the Financial part of the overall ERP business process.

    After the merger between PeopleSoft and JdEdward, I was in charge of a combined team on both PeopleSoft and JdEdwards product lines.
