    KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
    • Hire people, build the team and set the business plan. Drive 3 organization changes.
    • Create a process to collect major issues from our dealer front line support functions. 30 team processes have been revisited and updated.
    • Parts & Service Information: ~15 quality and enhancement initiatives delivered in 2014
    • Start and deliver multi-brands convergences projects (process, data and/or IT solutions)
    • Launch a Europe RT/VT workshop survey, a workshop standard time survey and global parts & service information statistics
    • Reach ~6% cost savings on service contracts (5 years) and ~10% saving on Standard Time
    • Secure that our 1200 dealers are ready to serve at the launching of major product changes like Euro 4 in 2006, Euro 5 in 2009. Preparation of Euro 6 launchings done 2013/2014.
