    Rueil Malmaison 2018 - maintenant Preparation of the Business Case Evaluation (Motor Management high rating range replacement) to start the program full speed execution in early 2019. BCV team is about 60 people based in 2 locations (Grenoble & Shanghai). Main mission was to setup the team and work on the program scope to simplify it to secure execution & improve the profitability & TTM.

    2011 - 2018 Work Experience H2 2018 Program Manager for Switching & Controlling LoB
    Preparation of the Business Case Evaluation (Motor Management high rating range replacement) to start the program full speed execution in early 2019. BCV team is about 60 people based in 2 locations (Grenoble & Shanghai). Main mission was to setup the team and work on the program scope to simplify it to secure execution & improve the profitability & TTM (Total Budget about 100M EUR ).

    Program Manager for Power Breaker LoB
    In charge of a worldwide program for new offer creation (New platform of MCCB to deliver 3 ranges), with about 150 people based in 3 regions (Europe, China & North America). First mission was to setup the team, to choose project managers, leaders by function (quality, engineering, industrial, marketing, purchasing), to build organization, schedule, profitability study's, budget and, last but not least, team's spirit. Main mission is to manage the different projects under the program execution, their synchronizations, and to be pro-active on the risk detections for a better mitigation. Challenge is to work on the improvement of execution, working with the team on process, and team building to increase collaboration and risks taken, to keep budget & schedule under control. (Budget 150M EUR )

My main missions was to define & manage the project budget, resources and schedule from Opening to the Closure following PMP process. The full scope means to lead the feasibility, development, implementation, production, launching. This was for busway ranges & solutions development for Industry & data centers market working with different Business Unit, Line of business and different regions worldwide. I challenged the functions to take ownership of the project objectives. (Budget 10 M EUR )

My mission was to prepare & implement new offers launching & support existing business on 4P's of the marketing mix with the front office (marketing & sales) for low voltage equipment & busway.     In charge of UL & CSA (North American standards) for low voltage line of business: management of technical file for 4 ranges spread in 5 factories (France, Italy, Belgium, Poland, and United States).
    I had also to support designs center for any new project certification, to manage and negotiate for building certification program.
